Before Care (7:30 AM - 8:00 AM) - $20/week
Aftercare (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM) $25/week
Thank you for your interest in Diamond Cubs Enrichment Program summer camp 2024. It is our pleasure to service your family this summer. This year we are hosting a 6 week program @District Jump .
Parents love our camp because there’s no time for sitting around, we keep the day full of activities that will always keep your children on the go all the time. Their brains will be challenged because we have a lesson baked into their day, every day. Some of the field trips and activities we have planned are football, soccer, basketball, tie dye, nature hikes, swimming pool visits, Smithsonian Museums, Zoo, water balloons, amusement parks, movies/videos, and tons and tons of cool science projects. Our camp is for children ages 6-12 and camp starts at 8:30 AM and ends at 3:30 PM Before and aftercare will end be available

Hours of operation
We operate Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), 6 weeks per year with the exception of the following days:
*June 19th (Juneteenth)
*July 4th (in observance of Independence Day)
Emergency Closings
Weather conditions may sometimes force the program to depart early or have late arrivals. For weather related or other emergency closings - Diamond Cubs follows the Federal Government closing announcements (i.e. if the Federal Government is CLOSED; Diamond Cubs will be CLOSED).
POLICIES
Late pick-up policy
Families who pick their child up late will be charged $10 the first minute late and $1 every minute participant is at the facility beyond program end time. This payment should be made at the time of pick up. Youth will not be allowed to return until the following day after late fee is paid. If a child is not allowed to return, until payment Is made there will be no refunds issued for services missed during this time.
Late payment policy
There will be a $20 per day late payment fee assessed every day payment is not received, not to exceed $100. After the full assessment youth will no longer be able to attend until 24 hours after payment has been received. All previously paid for programs will be forfeited. Youth will not be able to continue participation until the following day after the late fee is paid. Families will be restricted from further registrations and attendance until fees are satisfied. If a child is not allowed to return, until payment is made there will be no refunds issued for services missed during this time.
Refund policy
Diamond Cubs does not offer refunds for any services. However families have the flexibility to terminate any program services at ant time by following the program cancellation guidelines per program. Funds can not be transferred from one term to the next for any registered weeks/programs. Any service cancelled must provide notice (10 day for summer camp) (30 day for all other programs) and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
