POLICIES

pick up policy 

A late pick-up fee will be charged for the first minute late and every minute participant is at the facility beyond program end time. This payment should be made at the time of pick up. Youth will not be allowed to return until the following day after late fee is paid. If a child is not allowed to return, until payment Is made there will be no refunds issued for services missed during this time.

Late payment policy

There will be a fee assessed every day payment is not received, not to exceed $100. After the full assessment youth will no longer be able to attend until 24 hours after payment has been received. All previously paid for programs will be forfeited. Youth will not be able to continue participation until the following day after the late fee is paid. Families will be restricted from further registrations and attendance until fees are satisfied. If a child is not allowed to return, until payment is made there will be no refunds issued for services missed during this time.

Refund policy

Diamond Cubs is a no refund program. However families have the flexibility to terminate any program services at any time by following the program cancellation guidelines per program. Please be sure to make all changes to registration selections by the selection deadline. (summer camp)
